With our Regular Deadline behind us, we here at Long Distance Film Festival are very excited to announce Jourdain Searles as the second member of this year’s jury. She, along with her fellow jurors, will decide the three winners for this year’s jury prize.
Jourdain Searles is a critic, writer, podcaster and comedian. Her work has been featured in Vogue, Vanity Fair, GQ, Vulture, The Hollywood Reporter, among others. Additionally, she recently began appearing on the Netflix-produced Youtube series Black Film School. She hails from Georgia and resides in New York City.
